Fruit tart with a lemon mascarpone mousse!

This is a very light dessert. I kind of just made it up. First off, I LOVE Mascarpone cheese. Its so light, creamy, with a sweetness to it. This is my first time making the tart crust with almonds.
I got the tart crust recipe here

As for the mascarpone mousse...
ingredients
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
1 teaspoon of lemon zest
2 tablespoons of lemon curd
a squeeze of lemon juice

-whip the heavy cream with a mixer until its semi stiff (but not all the way) so about 3-4min
- add in the mascarpone cheese, lemon zest, and lemon curd, use the mixer for about another 4-5 min until peaks form
-squeeze the lemon juice in the whip and fold it three times.
-put it in a pastry bag, or use a spoon (its soooo delicious if you dip it with strawberries by itself) enjoy!

Hi, found you through tastespotting! That looks so light and amazing. Really makes me want to start trying my hand at baking things.

I read through a lot of your entries and stumbled upon the fact that you go to UCSD. I go to UCSD too :)
