Sear Tuna

Seared tuna for one. I'm back from a hectic mon-thurs. Fun times.
This is pretty simple to make

ingredients
sashimi tuna
1/4 cup of flour
salt
pepper

1. mix the salt and pepper with the flour. (put as much as you would like, I put about less than 1/2 a tablespoon of salt, and a lot of pepper (I love a little spice!)
2. make sure you flour your tuna, but very lightly.
3. sear it on a pan about 30 seconds each side.

For the sauce I used Ponzu mixed with Soy sauce. The other sauce I used was mayo with siracha.
