Because I've been pretty busy with work and classes, I have decided that I will start making a series of lunches. Preparing for lunch is somewhat annoying, but worth it after working 4 hr shifts of re shelving books. (That's what I get for working in the library.)
Today I made a light Bruschetta with heirloom tomatoes and basil.
